THL provides a platform that identifies, verifies, and delivers first-party, opt-in mortgage Prospects to licensed mortgage professionals. We are not a lender. We do not make credit decisions. We do not broker loans.

Prospects choose to provide their information directly through online forms. This may include:

This information is submitted voluntarily by the Prospect with clear intent to be contacted by a licensed mortgage professional.

We collect minimal business information about our LO customers, such as:

NMLS number
Company or employer affiliation
Billing and payment information
Account credentials and preferences
Usage and activity logs within our platform

3.1 Prospect information
We use Prospect data solely to:

Deliver the Prospect to a single, licensed Loan Officer

Deliver Prospects based on plan or subscription
