What's included in each plan?

Every plan includes exclusive introductions, instant email alerts, complete prospect data (contact info, credit rating, loan purpose, timeline, property details), and dashboard access. Tiers differ only in introduction volume.

Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?

Monthly plans are cancel anytime. Your account remains active until the end of the billing period. No long-term contracts, setup fees, or hidden obligations. You control your subscription entirely.

What if I don't close any deals?

Our introductions consistently outperform shared platforms with 3–5x better close rates. We provide exclusive access to motivated buyers with full qualification data. For quarterly plan customers: if you can show us no introductions closed in 90 days, we'll give you your 4th month free.

Why don't you offer unlimited introductions?

We prioritize quality and predictability over volume. Our Fair Allocation System uses Quota Balancing to ensure introductions are delivered consistently at the highest verified quality. Each introduction comes directly from a prospect who filled in a form — not lead bidding or shared competition.

Isn't quarterly a big commitment?

In a small way, yes. At one month that's 10 introductions. At a 5% conversion, that's a 50/50 shot at closing one deal — not enough data to prove anything. We prefer 90 days because that's the ideal timeline to statistically validate quality. And if you still don't close a deal in that time, we'll give you your 4th month free.
